During the first week, our goal is to guide you through the process of onboarding onto the Refound platform. After signing up, you will complete the onboarding questions helping Ren build its understanding of you, get acquainted with the functionality within the platform, and start having conversations with Ren.

Live Session

We'll kick off by identifying the everyday challenges you encounter and explain how our platform can help alleviate them. Next, we'll lay out the program's framework, detailing the support you'll receive and how we hope you'll engage with us. Our team will then guide you through getting started, highlight the main features of the Refound platform, and answer any questions you might have.

Sign Up for Refound

Following your initial live onboarding session, the next step is to sign up and gain access to the platform. Be sure to click “Sign up” and use your work email. Once signed in, you'll be directed to complete onboarding questions that inform Ren’s initial understanding of you.
